GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
- DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to an Israeli address via HFD. When in checkout you will be able to choose
shipping options.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Please add 2 days for any orders placed after Thursday, 12PM Pacific Time.
*High Value Orders
High value orders, or orders shipping to an address other than the billing address, require approximately 2 additional processing days. High value orders include orders with any item over $1,000, or multiple orders that have been placed within a 24 hour period totaling $1000. A customer service representative will contact you if your order requires additional processing time.
PACKAGE TRACKING
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking infor.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
My Private Closet packages are secured directly by the shippers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All products except Fine Art are eligible to ship outside Israel to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping times vary based on destination.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of Israel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. My Private Closet may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 72 hours of reception of goods. Returns will be applicable only if the attached bracelet is intact and still connected to the item.
Once you would like to return the item contact us by mail to customerservice@myprivatecloset.co.il and we will arrange a pickup of the package. Please make sure to place is back in the box you received and close it carefully
Also, a 5% of the transaction amount will be deducted from the total refund amount for processing fee.
- Please note – if you paid with a direct debit card a refund for the card will not be possible, So, we will reimburse your funds to your bank account
